Jeremie Bouquerel

Biography

Jérémie Bouquerel is an associate professor at the Institut Centrale de Lille. Materials science engineer, he obtained a PhD from Ghent University in 2008. Since then, he has been working at the UMET laboratory (Materials and Transformations Unit), primarily on the microstructural characteristics accompanying fatigue damage by means of advanced microstructure analysis. He is mainly using SEM-EBSD, SEM-ECCI, and TEM to obtain qualitative and quantitative markers of cyclic plasticity.
