Michael Klein is a senior manager at INTES, Germany responsible for training, sales, business development, benchmarks, engineering and new methods based on customer requirements. After completing his doctoral thesis on shape optimization in high order FEM in 2000, he started directly at INTES and has worked in various positions there since then. His main areas of interest are optimization and contact analysis. He used this knowledge in the many industrial application areas with a focus on engines and brakes.
