Graduated as a civil engineer and welding engineer (IWE) in 2008. Professor of Engineering Mechanics / Design Engineering at Wismar University of Applied Sciences since 2018. Research focusses on welded and bolted joints, fatigue and fracture as well as wind turbine towers.
